NEPA Agrivoltaics

Our story begins with a desire to create a sustainable and environmentally friendly farm that will serve as a model for others to follow. The journey started when we purchased an abandoned dairy farm in northeastern Pennsylvania. We saw potential in this neglected land and decided to take on the challenge of transforming it into a thriving farm. Seeking the most effective use of our acreage, we discovered agrivoltaics, also known as agrisolar, or dual-use solar, a practice that involves the simultaneous use of land for both solar panels and agriculture. The desire to implement such a system led to the formation of NEPA Agrivoltaics, the company designed to manage and operate the solar project.
